Worst Service Provider On Earth

Rain is currently the worst service provider I have come across. I purchased the unlimited dated deal with the router included and I was given a router that does not work at all. I called the customer service and they keep telling me to reset something that doesn’t even switch on when I attempt to charge it. On top of that the rain employees don’t even follow up on the matter. I had to call so many times for them to get through to my issue yet still they don’t do anything, they just tell me the matter is being escalated or something like that, I am done with rain.
