Worst service provider in South Africa!!!!!

Most horrible service provider in South Africa. I've been struggling with connection. Logged countless queries and no one responds. I'm supposedly on the uncapped 24/7 unlimited data plan. Ask me how many times I could even work from home??? They promised up to 10MBPS connection, but I'm not even getting 0.1mbps!!! This company should be closed down and all customers refunded for the ****ty service we received. And off course their Management will not respond to this, as per normal.
