Worst service provider

This is probably the worst network provider,I have been having really bad internet connectivity since the 28th of November,I have called multiple times and all they keep saying is they will escalate the case to an “advanced team” yet I have not received even a single call or email from them to try and assist me. My issue hasn’t been resolved yet.

I really wouldn’t recommend Rain to anyone.!
