Worst service provider ever Rain
If I could give a Zero I would have, I received the router on Saturday and network was so slow I could even make a whattsapp call??? Since then I dont have any internet. I phoned numerous times to speak to your rude technicians and now someone will eventually come out inspect the router....honestly I am fed up this the ****est service provider ever. It appe**** that you are not interest in my business,if this is not sorted today I am cancelling my contract and i want a full refund

15 Jul 2021, 17:55Yes but when??? I had to phone again today nobody even bothered to phone me....and spoke again to one of rude staff, if I spoke to clients that way at work i will disciplined

25 Jul 2021, 16:48No, there has been nobody here scheduled for 24 July,nobody phone nobody nobody nobody was here,I am fed up this **** service and I am not tolerating it any longer I have consulted with another service provider please come and collect your **** and I want FULL refund I am not paying for 1 weeks woth of internet that never worked and I am not paying R699.00 per month for this **** service, pls phone me tomorrow to arrange for collection
