Worst Service Provider Ever
I don't know how rain is still in business. By far the worst service provider I have ever had to deal with. If anyone has any advise how I can get an issue resolved, please let me know. I've exhausted all revenues I know of. The call centre agents either don't know what they're doing or just don't care. I'm at my wits end.
