Worst service provider ever

Bought me a rain SIM card at Takealot because I heard great reviews of Rain but I am personally starting not believe these reviews. I could not complete my Rica process because somehow the live face recognition is giving problems. Rain was quick to deduct money from my account already but the Rica process stinks I want my money refunded to me ASAP And ontop of all of this is how the hell is there no contact number for your offices I want answers ASAP
