Worst service provider ever

For the life of i dont want to give even one star to this people so I had a complaint about my sin etc etc...and the person or who over makes promises when they see a complaint never came back to me after promising i would get a new sim...Henrico Smith assuaged me via email which was very good as he actually did very well constantly in contact with me ask me fir the address explained there must a recipient I needed to be there i then gave another address and his word was his word I received the sim before 12h Wednesday used it for that day only to find that it is suspended again this after I was promised that they would credit my account...I was struggling since the 15th sept up until Wednesday this month and now again for 3 days....oh and i have a bill of R233.33...last month I paid R369 some odd....My account is never billed fight....this is false advertising and they should be taken off the market...I got a new sim yes worked for one day...but I mean really poorest of poor service ...sorry not wasting another cent on this nonsense....I expect you to give me credit for the previous money i paid and there after I'm done....
