Worst service provider ever!!!!!!!
Rain has made my life a living nightmare for 3 days. After cancelling my Telkom contract to go with them, I am still sitting with no service for 3 days and losing income every single day. They keep on escalating the matter and when they have to send out a technician, they send an email, even after I requested to be called. How am I supposed to read and respond to that email with no internet?????? I guess common sense is not that common!!!!!! You derserve no stars Rain

28 Jul 2021, 18:39It is so frustrating. I have lost out on income because I can't work without internet connection and then everytime I phone then I spen +- 30 minutes on the line with a consultant, which is an extra cost.
