Worst service provider evee

Rain network and customer support may just be the worst service provider I have ever engaged with. No network access and their customer support insists there is nothing wrong with the tower near me. No way to escalate above useless call centre. When we first upgraded to the 5G offer worked like a bomb, 2 weeks later, if you have access you lucky. Rain managaemntnobviously don't care about their customer. Looking for an alternative. Goodbye Rain
