Worst Service provider

I moved into new place and got a rain sim for internet, it did not work and i cancelled it after first month with no responce in writing but sales person phoned me to ask why i cancelled. This is on month to month basis as advertised so i did not think anything of it. Beginning March another ammount went of my account and since then i send about 6 to 7 mails with no response and numerous calls but still not resolving anything! Im getting phone calls from sales people and every time i explain i need someone in accounts to contact me to refund the amount that was taken of my account. Until today, 14th March nobody phoned me to assist and no money has been refunded. How can you provide service and if it dont work you still take money!!!!
