Worst service provider - don't recommend

I've requested in February to cancel this rain debit order from my account, confirmed the address and they've still continued to debit me until April. Since then I've been sending emails to their support email, which might I add, no help at all. 2 of their agents called me and still they did not resolve this issue. This place is hopeless. Don't recommend and I will be posting on twitter as well as every other social platform.
