Worst service provider

Wish there was a lower rating than the one I've chosen, the customer service is terrible. I've made an eft and send through the proof of payment, even after all that I gore disconnected as I tried calling I was taken from pillar to post with no assistance at all. I've spend time and money on calls but still haven't been reconnected. Rain is the worst service provider one could ever rely on.
