Worst service provider!!!

I have paid my rain for the month of October. Everything has been working fine until yesterday, i had no internet connection. They sent an sms stating i need to make payment, but when i click on the link, i am R0.00 arrears. I tried calling in, but waiting for a whole 10 minutes and still no answer!!
