Worst service provider

The worst service I received was from this service provider RAIN. The fact that I tried to cancel the contract and still got billed twice because the website isn’t user friendly and the only time the call Center gives you a call is when the payment doesn’t process. I had to pay more than what I initially had to pay. Now that I have cancelled it’s still wants me to use the service when i have tried since July to cancel the service. I’m really shocked at the service I receive. Really disappointed
