Worst service provider and *********** network support team ever

I purchased a rain router of R699 last week, it only worked for 7 days full and stopped working, the network is there but yet i can not connect, you guys are bunch of ******, i have been sending emails to support since yesterday morning all you do is give me tickets for logging a call however no assistance, i even tried to approached via twitter all you do is ask for my contacts since yesterday and this morning but no assistance as yet and we cant contact your customer service. This is such a frustrating network to deal with yet i have paid fully for your services, i have been reaped off my R699 for nothing. I demand urgent assistant as your client who deducted my money from my bank account as i cant go on line this i have work to do and i am unable to work due to incompetence and ignorance. If you knew you would be able to assist us during the lockdown then you should have just closed your business so we can go to other companies who are keen to assist their client. I hope to hear from you soon as this is a matter of urgency and haven't solved my problem 48 hours later.
