Worst Service Provider

I'd like to begin by saying I don't leave bad reviews, but for Rain I'm making an exception. Exceptionally poor service, negligent CEO who pays no heed to complaints, and horrid customer service. Definitely the worst service provider I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Would NOT RECOMMEND. PS - went looking for their contact page, and it no longer exists, so there's no way to contact them. Pathetic
