Worst service provider

The bad service from rain is ridiculous. Bought a 5g package from them, which I received from on the 30th of September. To this day it's not working. And no they can't use the excue I dont have coverage because we have another 5g router from them that works perfectly.Been calling since Saturday, the first consultant had a nerve to tell me that I won't understand what the problem is. From there everyday I call I'm told my issue is being escalated and they will call me, too this day I haven't received a call or an email. Will be canceling all the services we have with them.
