Worst Service Provider

Rain has to be the worst internet service provider their customer is so poor I have been sending emails and requesting to be contacted back no one has assisted me their line is not going through. On the 31st of March I made a payment of R479 which is for the month of April yet on the 2nd of April my account was debited and no one is willing to advise as to why moving to another service provider and advising other people to do so as they willing always encounter problems
