Worst service provider

First time using Rain and it's the most pathetic service provider I've ever came across. I've been without internet connection for 4 days. Apparently the towers were down because of the weather and loadshedding. It came on today for a few hours and then afterb loadshedding it was out again. So I'm basically paying for something I can't even use. I've spend over R200 on data. Customer service was trying their best to assist however what more can these agents do if they are working for a terrible company. This service provider should be taken down. It's useless. The funny thing is I never even chose Rain and when I moved and heard that my husband is installing this I had a huge feeling it would not be to our standards. On a brighter note I've signed up with a much better service provider today. Just felt that this review is necessary because I would not want anyone to experience this frustrating situation and wasting their money. Also, whoever the engineer and technicians are, they need to be evaluated because where on earth did they get a qualification.
