Worst service provider

This has to be one of the worst services ever offered.

Since I have got this 2 months back I have requested suport 14 times and not once have I heard back from them the network is so inconsistent.

In the past 2 weeks I have been getting no internet the whole time every 5 mins makeing it unusable but they still take money I request suport I hear nothing no matter what I do move the router up down left right at the window nothing keeps saying no internet I work from home and they make it impossible.

Only time I ever heard from them was when I called there call center 6 times in a row and all the man said was it's working just move it around.

I wish there were such things as negative stars they should be shut down.
