Worst service provider

I am disgusted in the service I have received from Rain . Not only is their connection speeds shocking but when I try cancel my order never gets processed and they continue to debit my account . I cancelled my service in January , have a reference of the received cancellation yet I still get debited and it shows my service as still active . Not only can you not phone rain but I have sent over 4 emails and no one responds .
