Worst Service Provider

I cancelled my month to month contract with Rain and received confirmation that my sim was cancelled. However Rain still debited my account on the 1st of the month. Their call centre is closed due to Covid19 and after 5 email requests to refund my account still no response or call from them. Pathetic service! Please donot ever enter into a contract with Rain.
