Worst service provider

Rain is by far the worst service provider I’ve ever dealt with. Since 3 July I’ve been stuck in a nightmare with them, and here we are — still nothing fixed. Their so-called customer service? It doesn’t exist. It’s a joke. You might as well be shouting into a grave because that’s exactly where your queries go — dead and buried.

They don’t respond, they don’t care, and they definitely don’t value their customers. Every day dealing with Rain feels like punishment. The level of incompetence is shocking, and the arrogance of ignoring paying customers is even worse.

If you’re thinking of joining Rain, don’t do it unless you enjoy wasting your money, your time, and your sanity. This is hands down the most useless provider in South Africa.
