Worst service or should I say lack thereof

I have been waiting for a technician since 7th of this month... It is now the 20th and no one ever bothered to come out. Cancel my services with immediate effect. Tired of this 💩 service or lack thereof. Just cancel it. I received a call from Emissa/Amissa or whatever her name is and she put me on hold and thereafter cut the call. I need this service cancelled effective end of May 2024 because you have already billed me for the month and no more debit orders effective 1st June 2024.
