worst service of my life

I hired rain, the 699 plan. I never managed to have internet, after more than 10 calls and 5 follow up emails their only support was to say that I should move the router around the flat. So disappointing, that I decided that I wanted to unscuscribe , give the router back and have a refund. Still, after 5 calls and 2 emails nobody has been able to call me to arrange pick up of the router, I don't have words, its been the worst experience in my life. NEVER HIRE RAIN!
