Worst service. Not able to down grade to pay as you go.
The lack of service is unbelievable!!!!!! I had a pay as you go SIM card for a few years. Over December I upgraded online to a Unlimited Data Off peak option. Quick and easy. Since Jan I have been batling to down grade to pay as you go. The website only has a upgrade option from pay as you go but no down grade to pay as you go. Loaded 3 service requests. After few week they just close the service request as "resolved"
