Worst service just to deliver a new router

I am been held captive by rain. I tried to cancel my account due to horrible internet connection and was convinced to stay because I have been their customer for a while instead they will upgrade my sim and give me a new router. That was a month ago and I am still stuck with the same issue. My router has been stuck with the couriers because rain has not been able to sort out my ID number after i made numerous calls spending almost R200 airtime. Now i cant cancel because my account says i am pending an upgrade but the courier say that my delivery was cancelled. This is the worst service i have ever experienced the team leaders are useless, even the bot is more useful than they are. here are a list of references numbers from my complaints ***4, ***, ***6, ***8, ***, ***7. Useless bunch of people. I will never recommend them, you are better off just buying data
