WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED

It's a shame that I even have to come to this platform with such a negative review, Firstly the wrong sim was allegedly delivered to me , it's been 3 days with no conclusive response as to what will be done to resolve this issue ???, this is unacceptable . Worst service I have ever received. I would not at all recommend Rain as an ISP TO ANYONE ! Putrid service honestly.
