Worst service in the world

The worst company to ever deal with. I ordered a device and Sim on the 4th of January, to date nobody has contacted me. In the interim I requested for this service to be canceled and for me to get a refund, since they took my money the day I ordered the device. When speaking to an agent, they tell me "sorry we cannot cancel a service that's not active" how does this make any sense? Then when I ask to speak to a Manager on 2 occasions, they put me on hold until my airtime gets finished. To date, nobody has still contacted me and I still haven't received my refund. The courier company called me today to confirm delivery and I advised them as well that this service was canceled and they shouldn't deliver. So the people at Rain didn't even advise the courier that I cancelled. The most disgusting service I have ever experienced and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything from these people. They take your money and don't give no service, I even advised them that I'll be talking to my lawyers regarding this, and still no response. They just don't care as long as they get your money.
