Worst service in the world! Bye bye rain

Once upon a time I was a happy Rain customer but I'm no longer happy. I have been asking for help from them on Twitter for a week now but guess what no assistance at all, I am paying for unlimited service but getting unlimited bull****, my service has been going down every month, I'm convinced that they don't care about clients. I cant watch Netflix, YouTube hack do the basics like I use to. What I'm angry about is paying full R479 every month for underperforming service. I'm definitely leaving them in a month or so.

****ed up thing is they are treating clients like they are the only service provider in world.
