WORST SERVICE IN HISTORY

The worst internet service provider in Southern African history my account is up to date, and my bank statement reflects as such but the more I try to explain the more I get that it is not up to date on our side sir incredibly frustrating service and when I asked to speak to someone else I was put on hold for more than 40min with zero feedback eventually I just hung up I wish I could say this is the first time, unfortunately, it is not Rain has a lot of internal work that needs to be done before they have any chance of becoming a competitive company
