Worst service imaginable

This has got to be the worst service provider i have ever used in my entire life. Internet has been off for 3 days. But at the end of the month they want my money. Every month. Its like throwing money into the toilet. Absolutely terrible wont recommend.

All fine its been escalated. But its been off since monday. Am i going to be refunded for this week? How do you expect me to pay for something thats not working. Rain is advertised as the next best thing but i am without internet. This week its been since monday. Other weeks in the past its every Wednesday. We called earlier this evening as well and we were told to hold on and no one answered the phone again so that is one hour worth of airtime also gone that i have to pay for.

Good day. So guess what my internet is down. ONCE AGAIN. today was pay day for rain and i have been billed the full amount. After i was told i would be reimbursed for down time. Thanks for nothing your service wil remain the worst in my review. Absolutely disgraceful!!!!!
