Worst Service I have Ever Received In My Life!!! What a JOKE!

This is the worst service I have ever received. Had this 5G router and Sim card for a week and it has not worked once. I have called over 10 times and received over 10 different excuses as to why the router and Sim is not working. I have spoken to the manager, Kasani, and I insisted he call me back with within the hour, as previously dealing with one of his support staff, he was supposed to call me back and never did, he didn't call me back this time either. I spoke to a service team member promising to send someone out to my property to look at the device and potentially swop it out for another device. He couldn't give me a time and date on the spot, as to when someone will be here but promised to get back to me. I have still not heard anything. I have emailed this company over 10 times with no assistance or feedback. I have mailed them 3 times today with no feedback. I'm just stuck with a router and Sim card that I can't use and I'm being charged for it. If the management won't even call me back then I honestly don't know what to do. The lack of service is disgusting
