Worst service I ever received!!!

Worst service ever!! I pay every month on the 26 and now in the middle of the month my services are deactivated cause my payment date all of a sudden changed to the 15th?!!! Why the hell will I pay end of June and after that change my payment date just to pay again 3 weeks after I paid...I’m a teacher and Rain are preventing me to teach my kids online next week until I now pay another installment (after I paid on 26 June) and on top of that I had to spend R160 on airtime to phone them the whole time, cause no one is giving me feedback... I’m seriously gatvol now and want this resolved immediately!!
