Worst Service from Rain.com

Before i app**** for the Rain wireless router, it's own website confirmed that my house and the area around me was already wiifi-ready.

Then i purchased the router and was delivered well on time.

We then followed the instructions of activating the sim card. To our surprise, the router could NEVER EVER pick up any wireless connection on the same area which it claimed was wifi-ready before we placed the order.

I have been battling to get my refund till today. Rain.com needs to practice what they preach and refund us our money back.
