Worst service from Rain Internet Service

What services since 1 November we've had no service and logged a ticket ecery day still nothing. On the 4th day eventually received a call was going to send me an email so I can send photos of the rooter and Sim to them. More than 24 hrs later still no email no follow up call and still no service.
