Worst service from RAIN

I will never recommend RAIN to anyone. I got my modem two days ago and was informed by an agent named gugu that the service will be activated in 2hrs and it's 2 days later and still nothing. It's a month in advance and I want my money back because you will not charge me for a service that I am unable to use. By law I can still cancel the service. I've sent tickets but no one is calling me back. Should money be taken from my bank account then I will reverse it and you can come fetch your modem because I can't use it.
