Worst service from Rain

I am currently using rain. When I app**** I was told that there is coverage in my area but unfortunately I constantly do not have network connection. Everytime I contact rain with regards to my network connection the agents will thell me that they will refer my problem to network coverage. It's been 3 days now again without any internet connection. But come the 15 of every month I have to pay a full amount for the service I did not receive. I will never advice anyone to use rain. A number of people I know warned me about the service and I did not listen. This is the worst internet service provider I know and I am cancelling my service and moving to open view. Rain is *******
