Worst service from Rain - ****************

Rain is basically *****ing from me. Continuously billing my account yet I disconnected their router and requested a cancellation more than 2 months back. They keep billing my account with R699 for the past 2 months. I have failed to cancel the service online and I therefore sent an email request with no success except the eventual collection of their 5G router after numerous emails and requests. This is the worst service ever and it is ****************, they keep taking your money even when you don't want their service anymore.
