Worst service from rain

I have been having issues with my Loop from Rain saying it is out of zone, I have tried multiple times to get this sorted out yet no response has been given to me, Honestly the customer service from Rain is the worst, they are quick to cut service if you don't pay yet when you having issues with network they ignore you.
