Worst service from Rain.

When I app**** for a Rain uncapped wifi, I asked for it to be delivered to my home address. However, the person who helped me over the phone got it from the Rain store, which I couldn't do. The R350 pro rata was paid, but it was never used because I couldn't pick up the router from the store. I have attempted to obtain a refund but have not been successful.
