Worst Service from RAIN

I ordered the rain 5g ZTE Router almost two weeks ago. After a terrible experience with the courier that did not want to accept my proof of residence I finally managed to get the router. For days I could not connect. (I did check my area - Sandown, Sandton Johannesburg before I ordered) Phone call after phone call, loging calls the matter was just escalated to different departments. The last was about 5 days ago, marked as URGENT. Till today, NO one from rain contacted me or managed to get me connected. I work from home and without internet this really effecting me badly. I cancelled the contract this morning and a ticket was issued so that a consultat can contact me to cancel the contract. What terrible, frustrating experience this is! And now to wonder how long will I wait for my refund! Please do not make use of this company! Save yourself the frustration and inconveniece and especially if you working from home... This company as an absolutely NO GO!!!!!
