WORST SERVICE FROM RAIN

I received 5g on the 27th of April and since then its never worked. I called the call centre since delivery until in June to sort this out and even their technician came to my house and changed the indoor router to the outside router and still didn't connect. They then adviced me to cancel as its not working. Now Rain is deducted money end May and end June for a something that never worked. When I query they say I used 30GB. PATHETIC service and *********** agents. WORST SERVICE PROVIDER.
