Worst service from rain

I have received my parcel today but the worst part is that there’s no SIM cards. Poor service. Why on earth would I wait 5 working day, I placed an order on the 15th of January and today is the 22nd of January, which makes it 7 days of waiting. I am so disappointed! Now I will have to wait for your response cause you don’t take my calls. I’m using my airtime and data still.

It’s either you compensate me or take your order back.
