Rain has to be one of the businesses that will inconvenience you like no other. They are very ***********. I have been requesting for a Sim swap for the past 4 months now with no luck. I have more than 10 different reference numbers, with no way forward. They keep on telling me my matter has been escalated, as I have been waiting for so long. But yet the results I keep on getting ase more and more disappointments every time. What does one have to do, to just get assisted with a Sim swap
