Worst service from RAIN

Being a RAIN customer is exhausting, it is pretty much the same like being in an abusive relationship. My 5g Sim Card did not work for a full month, they went and debited me even though I reported this, I then attempted to cancel the contract, someone called and promised to send a technician to fix the issue, which they did thankfully, my wifi has been working amazingly since, then BOOM, wifi is cancelled because who ever promised they will not cancel did not do their job, now again im sitting with a big router, no connection and I need to work... RAIN.. can someone do something about this before I walk for good??
