Worst service experience ever

Extremely bad service recieved from Rain. I cannot phone the call centre as all have been send home due to covid-19 which you can understand, but in this modern age not one of then has got cellphones. Surley the company can asssit the call centre people to talk to clients by making a agreement to use their cellphones. When I email them they only reply to selective emails. I have been trying to cancel my contract from April as their network is very inconsistent. On the premium package I got about 18mbps very early in the morning and late at night, when I tried to work on Microsoft Teams you get messages of poor connection quality on a regular basis.
