Worst service ever…they will ***** your money!!!

Rain deducted money from my account after I cancelled the month to month contract on 25 April 2025. They assured me that if returned the router on the said day, they would cancel the contract and I would not get billed from the following month.

I returned the router the very same day at Rain Bonaero and it was also confirmed that the contract has been cancelled and I would not be billed from May 2025 as I am not a post payer and they had already debited for April 2025.

I got the biggest shock when I realised they deducted money on 01 May 2025 when my contract is cancelled.

I contacted Rain on 5 May 2025 and they confirmed that the error was from their billing department and my money would be refunded within 10 days.

As I impatiently waited for my money, I get another bomb on 15 May 2025 from CCD Courier, a company working with Rain, to confirm collection of my router. I get a call the next day to confirm when they can come collect the router.

I mean, what nonsense is this??? These people should be refunding me my money but now they want to collect a router I returned to them 20 days ago!!!

By the way, I cancelled due to poor connection. The internet was unstable for over 6 months. Stay away from Rain, they’re horrible!

I regret joining Rain. A month later, still not paid my refund…and these ***** people didn’t do a debit order, they made it seem like I purchased something from Rain, so I would be unable to reverse the money.
