Worst service ever...and no wi fi service as yet!

The worst service...after a week trying to upgrade no joy...we stand on 8 follow up calls...they dont phone you!! I am utterly dissapointed with your service. After numerous attempts, I have upgrade on Tuesday to premium and to date have no wi fi connection!!! I have made several calls to your Call Centre but with no joy!! The service I received from Rain is no service at all and *********** staff!! All promises of connection within 24H never happened and I had to follow up all the time. Now there is apparently a wrong SIM in the router and RAIN need to do a sim swop and then I need to wait for another 24 h. The fact that I need to call all the time after your *********** staff said RAiN will come back to me, is to say the most unacceptale!! I want this issue to be sorted out immediatelly.
