Worst service ever with Rain

I would give no stars if i could.

I tried for month to contact support to switch my plan to pay as you use - my request was not fulfilled and i was still debited the full amount at the end of the month.

I eventually decided to cancel my rain subscription straight after that and i have now been debited the full amount again.

I am expecting a baby and I am trying to plan ahead and save and rain just keeps messing with the plans.

A person can NEVER EVER get a hold of support and even when you take it upon yourself to cancel on the app - they still debit you!

To make matters worse the connection hardly ever works - and it has been even worse since the floods.

This is totally unacceptable - i expect a refund and my subscription cancelled
